Requirements:

* Strong understanding of Flash

* Knowledge in Adobe After Effects

* Strong understanding of Action Script 2 or 3

* Knowledge of Web standards

* Strong design sense

* Web graphics creation using Adobe Suite

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work under tight timelines

* Experience in interactive design
