25 Customer Service Representatives: Money Transfer (Start Date: March 15, 2010)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Resolve customer enquires and promote product and services
* Provide first-level support for customer complaints
* Document and escalate issues to the relevant department
* Special Projects
* Other duties as directed by the team leader or Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Customer service experience in any of the following industries: retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call centre experience.
* Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team.
* Computer literate.
* Typing speed of 30 words per minute is desirable.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
