Assistant Manager for Training

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Manager for Training is responsible to design and deliver foundation skills training to near hires and potential CSAs and evaluate their performance to ensure adherence to communication and language capability standards. It is also the responsibility of the Assistant Manager for Training to provide coaching/feedbacl to trainees in order to develop their communication skills. Responsible for maintaining schedule of a training class including reporting, documentation, course material and continuous improvement and competitive learning.

Requirements:
At least 2 yrs of solid working experience in language/soft skills training in a BPO environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required skill(s): TNA, FOUNDATION SKILLS TRAINING, CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT.
Preferred skill(s): TESDA PRINCIPLES.
Required language(s): English.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
