Training Supervisor/Officer

Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible in the design and facilitation of module training for near hire customer service/technical support trainees, covering Communications/Language, Customer Service/Sales Skills, Foundation Skills and general introduction to call center environment.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
* Must have at least two years of working experience in the related field in a BPO/Call Center Industry
* Must be adept in conducting classroom based training for a maximum of 30 trainees.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Knowledge in Program Design Development, TNA, Slides Design, Program Evaluation
* Experience in OD is an advantage
* Well-versed in MS Office Application
* Must have excellent English communications skills
* Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* TESDA Certification/TESDA principles exposure a plus
