TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES for the newest Windows Operating System to Start on Nov. 3, 2009 (Ortigas Site)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform a high degree of professional and technical superior assistance
* Effectively troubleshoots the issue and communicates resolution to customers
* Ensure that all issues and requests are processed correctly and in a timely manner
* Refer issues accurately when issues are outside of support boundaries or when resolution cannot be confirmed
* Escalate issues according to escalation procedures
* Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes ownership to ensure Consumer Subscribers are satisfied on the first contact

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course
* Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Completed second year college
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Above average verbal and written English communication skills
* Skilled in computer navigation
* Basic skills in PC troubleshooting (hardware / software)
* Familiarity with internet connectivity and networking
* Amenable to work in shifting schedules
* Technical support experience is preferred but not required
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
* 50 Full-Time positions available
