Customer Service Agents for Ortigas Site to start on March 22, 2010!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Successful candidate will answer General Billing inquiries with minimal upselling for a US based telecommunications company.
*
* Program is inbound in nature.
* Explain network and roaming connections.
* Upsell client’s products and services.
* Provide troubleshooting support.
* Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Completed second year college
* Above average verbal and written English communication skills
* Skilled in computer navigation
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
* Good problem solving skills
* Good customer service orientation (patient, polite and proper)
* Amenable to work in shifting schedules
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
* Call center experience is preferred but not required
* Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
