RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Verifies the accuracy of employee time keeping.
* Maintains updates and processes payroll database information for selected sites
* Performs general administrative duties.
* Audits payroll record
* Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management or any Business related field
* At least 6 months experience in payroll-related functions
* Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and database applications)
* Strong orientation in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Data entry and proofreading ability
* Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* Must be able to interact effectively with all internal departments
* Must be willing to work in Cebu
