Requirements:

* Fluent in both Portuguese and English

* Preferrable with months customer contact experience, face-to-face- or over the phone, but not required

* Basic computer hardware and software knowledge including MS Windows

* Ability to multi-task

* Time management skills

* Excellent management skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Problem Solving / Troubleshooting

* Demonstrated ability to handle upset customer inquiries positively and professionally

* Willing to work on graveyard shift.
