Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives (Pasay)
(National Capital Reg)

Customer Service Representative:

* Responsible for providing and maintaining the highest possible standard of customer service.
* Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Technical Support Representative:

* Assist customers with their issues/problems relating to their desktops and laptops.
* Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
* Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
For Customer Support Representative:

* Candidate must at least possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.

For Technical Support Representative:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college.
* Experience on any technical account with prior experience in a call center environment (1 year) is preferred but not required.
* Has an understanding of internet services.
* Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
* Superior listening skills and Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills.
* Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency.
* Time Management Skills.
* Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Full-Time positions available.
