Technical Support Engineer
(National Capital Reg – Parañaque City)
Responsibilities:

* To Provide Technical Support for Offshore and Local Requirements.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any computer related field.
* Basic Network and Telecoms troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with the Avaya Switch.
* Knowledge in Windows and Linux Servers.
* Knowledge in Modem Configuration.
* Basic troubleshooting on workstation hardware.
* Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
