Security Engineer (Mall of Asia)

Responsibilities:

* Use the issue tracking software to log activities on each issue/request worked on.
* Take direction from the Support Lead on which issues to work on.
* Proactively work on issues assigned to the support team.
* Follow up on issues assigned to make sure there is forward progress.
* Help find Root Cause when needed.

Requirements:

* A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other equivalent engineering discipline.
* 3+ years of experience in technical IT positions
* Fluent written & spoken English for communication with customers
* Bachelors Degree in Information Security\Technology or related field
* Deep and wide experience in solving and fixing technical issueKnowledge of IT support techniques and tools
* Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques.Experienced in setting and achieving support goals
* Desired certifications: ITIL.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Planning and organizing.
* Communication skills.
* Team work.
* Adaptability.
* Stress tolerance.
