Recruitment Associate – University Belt Site

Responsibilities:
Job Summary
* The Recruitment Associate is responsible for performing the recruitment and selection process to deliver the number of suitably qualified candidates required to meet the call center’s daily, weekly and monthly production objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Solicits invitations to job fairs
*Identifies and endorses viable job fairs to HRM for approval
*Mans the TP booth during job fairs
*Supervises and coordinates ingress, egress and transport of booth to job fairs
*Prepares reports on recruitment efforts during job fairs
*Liaises with schools for recruitment opportunities (graduate lists, career talks)
*Sources out other recruitment opportunities such as advertising, signages, billboards, etc.
*Prepares and Places recruitment ads in classified ads of leading/selected dailies; online job application sites; internal job vacancies in designated posting areas on each floor
*Conducts background checks on applicants
*Receives applications through referrals – online, referrals and mails
*Administers the employee referral program
*Monitors incentive availment of employees who referred hired applicants in the employee referral program
*Prepares ad layouts for print media for HRM approval
*Gets the approval of VP for Sales and Marketing regarding branding and logos placed on ads
*Reviews current processes and makes appropriate recommendations to the HRM to get quality applicants
*Conducts initial/group interviews
*Coordinates phone interviews with TP USA interviewers
*Schedules applicants for testing, initial, phone and final interviews
*Administers psychological testing and typing test
*Conducts project briefing
*Safekeeps Manpower Requisition Forms
*Prepares daily reports on the number of walk-in and invited applicants, applicants who passed, failed the interview, or failed to show up
*Performs all other related task that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
A. Minimum Education Requirement
• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or any related course
B. Minimum Relevant Work Experience
• At least one year sourcing experience, preferably in a call center setting
C. Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Filipino
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically in Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Interviewing Skills
• Good organization skills with ability to work on tight deadlines
• People-oriented
