Customer Service Representatives for a Pioneer Account

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customers
* Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
* Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

Requirements:

* Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college.
* Eighteen years old and above.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English
* Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
* Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
* Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* A passion for customer service and sales
* Call Center/Sales background is a plus
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City and start on June 21, 2010
