RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support will perform a multi-functional maintenance role in the account. They will be the first point of contact for the account’s customers whether the issue is proactively detected or reactively called in by the customer. In order to perform this function, a multitude of tools, telephone and systems will be utilized in order to bring the issues to resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably a graduate of a University Degree on Computer Applications, ECE, COE, Information Technology or with an equivalent strong knowledge and/or experience in troubleshooting email and internet connections
• Call center/IT Support experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of cellular phones and available techniques for data transmission between cellular phones, computer (Infrared, data connectivity kits) and the Internet (use phone as modem)
• Must be familiar with email, chat and internet connectivity
• Must have strong knowledge in Networking and Networking devices
• Knowledge in computer hardware/software troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge in basic computer usage (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet)
• Able to manage various databases available in the account for policies, procedures and troubleshooting
• Willing to work in Quezon City and Shifting schedules

As a technical support professional (email & chat support), you’ll provide support for our client using various mediums – including chat, e-mail, blogs and forums/community. Depending on your specific skill set, you may perform tasks which include (but are not limited to) answering users’ product/service related questions, managing forums’ traffic and ensure an abuse free environment, flagging threads as questions or general discussions by adding tags, blocking or banning certain users with SPAM like activities or abusive content/posts, Create/Reply/Delete threads/posts, rating replies, assigning/locking threads.
