Technical Support Representatives for Global Positioning System!
(National Capital Reg – Discovery Suites, Ortigas, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical support services on GPS products, using SAP CRM Application
* Provide customer service inquiry by giving sales order status, repair order status
* Provide troubleshooting on all GPS products included in the training curriculum
* Process sales and repair orders
* Process unit replacement after providing troubleshooting options
* Process accessory replacement after troubleshooting
* Offer Customer Loyalty Program to customer after troubleshooting options
* Provide support thru phone or email
* Agents in this account will be multi-skilled
* The agents will be trained first for car navigation and then for customer service
* The training will last for 4 to 8 weeks

Responsibilities:
As a technical support representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as computer hardware and Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections. You will analyze the source of problems reported, locating trends and recommending measures to minimize or eliminate future occurrences. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.
Requirements:
