Job Description

·  At least 2nd year college level education of any course

·  With good communication skills

·  Background in basic hardware, software and general home electronics troubleshooting preferred

·  Knowledgeable in MS office& internet browsing

 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative(call center agent), you will guide customers to help fix their internet connection problems, troubleshoot e-mail and client software issues and provide product support to ensure customer satisfaction. Top-level language and process skills training will be provided to ensure your success. Continuous support from our highly-skilled team leaders and coaches will help you to constantly improve on your performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Bachelors degree or any 2-year vocational, technical or diploma course
• College undergraduate completing the 4-year combo:
[at least 1 year in college + minimum 3 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 2 years college + minimum 2 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 3 years college + minimum 1 year work experience in a call center setting]
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good computer navigation skills
• Knows how to use the Internet
• Typing speed of 30 wpm or higher
• Can multi-task
• Willing to work on night shifts
• Willing to work full time
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong or Makati.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides technical support to customers regarding equipment. Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware or software problems.
  • Checks mail, fax and email to provide customer assistance.
  • Operates computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer inquiries on function or replacement of defective parts.
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
  • Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Fluent in other languages if required by position.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes and reports.
  • Ability to interact positively, courteously and professionally with customers, employees and clients.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and deal with different andnspecialized situations.
  • Ability to follow and carry out instructions in a step by step manner.
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions manuals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Support Representatives for Global Positioning System!
(National Capital Reg – Discovery Suites, Ortigas, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Provide Technical support services on GPS products, using SAP CRM Application
* Provide customer service inquiry by giving sales order status, repair order status
* Provide troubleshooting on all GPS products included in the training curriculum
* Process sales and repair orders
* Process unit replacement after providing troubleshooting options
* Process accessory replacement after troubleshooting
* Offer Customer Loyalty Program to customer after troubleshooting options
* Provide support thru phone or email
* Agents in this account will be multi-skilled
* The agents will be trained first for car navigation and then for customer service
* The training will last for 4 to 8 weeks

As a technical support representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as computer hardware and Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections.
