Responsibilities:
The Technical Recruiter is tasked to source candidates for the company’s clients who are involved in IT. He/she should be able to appreciate the clients’ requirements fully and easily and look for qualified candidates for the job with efficiency. He/she is to screen the candidates objectively. He/she must be able to identify the technical skills of an applicant and match them with the clients’ requirements. He/she is to submit progress reports to the Manager.

Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM. Location of workplace is Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
* At least 1 year solid experience in Technical Recruitment
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
* Experienced in interviewing and screening applicants through the phone
* Can use and maximize available recruitment tools and facilities
* Familiar with technical terms / skills set in IT
* Good MS Excel and organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Can work with minimum supervision
* Highly motivated, resourceful and a results-oriented
