* Primary role is to provide Telephony support to clients at North America during US business off-hours

* Ticket Queue(s) Daily Management

* 1st Line Issue Resolution

* Activations/modifications/deletions to voice system (T1s, IDs, PBX/CMS logins, Vectors/VDN, Skill, others)

* Maintains & monitors multiple equipment types.

* Maintains & monitors site documentation changes

* Outage/Issue Conference Calls

* Vendor/Carrier escalation

* Telephony deployments, activations, or projects

Requirements:

* Knowledge in the Avaya PABX system and its functionality.

* Experience in handling CMS, voice mail, IVR, voice recording and CTI servers

* Knowledge with VOIP system/IP Telephony

* Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).

* Skills to encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism and respect

* Time and project management skills.

* Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours. Willing to work on weekends

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Avaya certification is a plus

Financial Analyst – Ortigas

Responsibilities:

*  Provides the operations organization with moderate to complex financial analyses of monthly results; budgets; forecasts, measurements and reports of key operational performance metrics. Interfaces with corporate finance and accounting. Interfaces with site directors, operations managers and service level managers.
* Analyzes monthly business results and explains variances to forecast and budget. Supports month-end closing process.

Requirements:

* At least 1-3 years experience in financial analysis
* Strong financial skills in a metric-driven environment. Strong skills to organize multiple projects/tasks.
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel. Interpersonal and communication skills support leadership
* Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
* General knowledge of GAAP and FASB regulations. Ability to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Ability to articulate financial data and metrics with explanations of implications.
* Preferably Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or a similar discipline of any 4 or 5 year college degree with extensive training on the areas of accounting, computation, statistics and management.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment particularly handling accounting, business forecasting, statistics, financial planning and finance management or the like. Additional training in a supervisory role and in handling and coaching individuals in a high volume environment such as a BPO or a Back Office center.
* Excellent in interpersonal skills and collaborative skills, including verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and facilitation skills, negotiation skills.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and making compelling written and oral proposals.

Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Facilities Supervisor will be responsible in scheduling and coordinating requests from site operations for repairs, moves etc. Responsible for general cleaning and orderliness of the site. May be responsible for coordinating vending machine service and services /repairs of other equipment. May performs general maintenance work. May provide direction or assistance to in house or contract custodial support. Observes facility for potential safety or security hazards and either corrects them immediately or notifies management so corrective action can be taken in a timely manner. Responsible for the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance of the company’s buildings, sites, grounds and facilities. Schedules and coordinates maintenance and repair of equipment and systems including HVAC, fire detection and suppression, plumbing, electrical, UPS, gensets, CCTV, building security and grounds. Supervises staff, contractors and service providers ensuring that business disruptions are minimized. Manages contracts and pricing of vendors provided services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

Requirements:

* Candidates must have 3 years relevant experience in overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance of the company’s buildings, sites, grounds and facilities. With at least 1 year experience in supervisory post.
* Should have a degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
* Should have excellent knowledge in managing contracts and pricing of vendors provided services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.
* Candidates must have the ability to multi- task within time constraints. Willing to perform physical activities, including but not limited to lifiting and climbing ladders.
