QUALITY MANAGER (with SIX SIGMA BACKGROUND)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for ensuring the number of quality monitoring is met by Quality Analysts.
* Responsible for ensuring Quality Reporting is published to the Monrovia Management team as per desired frequency.
* Responsible for ensuring all coaching’s completed for the team members and that their information is tracked and reported on.
* Quality/Training Leader needs to ensure they do a monthly Trend Analysis for bottom 10% population and have documented action plan for specific improvement.
* Should be able to do a GAP analysis basis Call Quality Scores and C-Sat score and be able to effectively put program in place to ensure targets are met on Call Quality and C-Sat.

Requirements:

* Four-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience
* Applicants must be willing to work in BAGUIO CITY.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Six Sigma background is a huge plus
* 3 – 5 years proven success as an internal and/or external training and development practitioner with experience coaching, mentoring and developing others in a complex, fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners.
* Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Email and Internet).
* Strong problem solving skills, research skills, and decision making skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Organization and time management skills.
* Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Baguio City.
  • Preferably Operations Manager / Senior Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • In depth knowledge of GOS.
  • Excellent and Communication Skills.
  • Should have tenured experience in handling a technical account.
  • Strong Leadership skills and management skills over an account not lower than 500 head count.
  • Call center experience is a must. Background in Technical support for Internet Services is a huge plus.
  • Full-Time position available.

Responsibilities:
Oversees all facilities and real estate activities at multiple sites within a region. Responsible for overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency of company’s buildings, sites and grounds. Supervises staff, contractors and service providers.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical courses), related field or equivalent experience.
* 7 years or relevant experience, at least 3 years managing staff or 10 years of progressive responsibility in facilities and real estate management.
* Vast experience working in Electrical UPS, and generators set. (2-3 yeas preferred)
