Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of Quality Assurance Specialists. Responsible for general coordination (internal and external); scheduling of QA activities; orientation; and coaching to ensure that quality and efficiency standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Conducts researches, studies and data analysis in order to conceptualize proposals for improving the quality of the performance of agents and cascades the information to all parties concerned.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Industrial and Management Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Quality Assurance or running a Quality Management program, one year of which in a call center operation
  • Knowledge of quality control tools, quality systems and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills
  • Work schedule is shifting, including graveyard shifts, and working during holidays, weekends or overtime may be required

Responsibilities:

The Quality Supervisor / Quality Team Leader provides overall direction and leadership and manages the activities of Call and New Hire Mentor Associates in one or multiple locations; may act as the functional manager in a remote location. Assumes accountability and responsibility to meet or exceed regional performance goals, especially in the areas of coaching, one on ones and quality targets set by corporate, client retention goals, survey scores and Quality 1st activities.
Provides on-going feedback and is responsible for performance evaluation/management and compensation administration. Provides
continual communication and coordination of functional activities with corporate and other regional departments as well as participates in the decision making process within the region.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of business discipline.
  • 3-4 years in a senior service role or equivalent experience in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of department and experience leading others.
  • PC navigation skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Effectively present information and responds to questions for groups, managers, team leaders, clients and the general public.
  • Calculates figures and amounts.  Ability to apply concepts of basic  algebra and geometry.
  • Must be available to start on July 11, 2011.

* Lead the overall cycle of continuous improvements & high profile Lean &-or Six Sigma GB/BB projects in a Finance & Accounting environment;
* Lead the overall cycle of quick Fix or smaller projects for short term/interim results
* Present project progress to top management and leadership team at the BU level at frequencies set by the Location Quality Manager
* Participate &/or Handle client meetings
* Engage, as needed, on processes under transition or stabilization to support process management (e.g. process streamlining, metrics definition and charting, visual, risk, and review management)

* 3 to 4+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or BPO industry
* At least 2 years relevant hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvements with proven results
* Green Belt Six Sigma Certification or Black Belt certification from a recognized organization (ASQ; GE)
* Completed at least 1 Green Belt project and/or 1 BB project preferred(DMAIC approach) signed off by the stakeholder or have handled several continuous improvement projects as directed by the client or business
* Excellent English writing and oral communication and presentation skills.
* Engineering & Accounting graduates preferred
* Proficient in Minitab (Standard 14 or more), Excel software, and MS Office.
* Able to motivate others & self
* Highly analytical, fast learner and able to think out of the comfort zone
