RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Management
Coordinate data collection requirements with the reporting analyst and maintains alignment between expectations, performance measurement and motivational programs.
Develop specific productivity, efficiency and satisfaction performance goals and measures to be used for managing the QA team’s performance to expectations.
  • Quality Assurance Program Support
Ensure that the processes designed for the QA function has the intended impact to client and internal expectations (effective in adding value), monitored for accomplishment as designed and deficiencies identified to the Director of Quality Management.
  • Client Management
Interface in establishing measurable and achievable quality and training goals for all assigned client groups.
  • Team Coordination
Support Training efforts by training new hires and existing staff in QA processes and customer service skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 3-4 years Quality Asssurance work experience in a contact center environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity and a year in managerial capacity
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for leading Quality Assurance professionals performing processes to assist, coach and improve agent performance through the use of transaction monitoring and coaching methods; collaborating with other teams such as Operations and Workforce Management for updates andperformance improvements made to increase performance.

Quality Assurance Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Mckinley Hill Fort Bonifacio Taguig)

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and test Ad units/ versions for functionality.
* Test, verify and confirm that all ad units are according to advertisers and publishers’ specifications
* Trafficking and confirming receipts of all units/ placements to publishers.
* Testing of new products
* Involvement in the development, implementation and execution of test cases/ criteria or specifications
* Provide feedback and assistance to developers to make sure they understand policies and procedures for quality
* Provide reporting on all QA-related metrics (as necessary)
* Other tasks, duties and responsibilities, as necessary, that may be assigned by line manager

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* 2 years of experience within QA-related positions is a plus
* Required language(s): English
* Knowledge of Rich Media, XML, Flash concepts, JavaScript a plus
* Excellent in technical documentation and email correspondence
* Experience working within IT industry
* Knowledge on Internet browsers
* Knowledge and experience with browser plug-ins/add-ons is a plus
* Experience with Virtual Environments (ie. Parallels, VMplayer, VirtualPC) is a plus
* Internet surfing troubleshooting (ie. browser proxy server settings, Flash player uninstallation/installation) is a major plus
* HTML programming is a major plus
* Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill in Fort Bonifacio
