Prepare billing instructions and cash application instructions for special pricing receivables
Coordinate with vendor accounting team members supporting the Wareforce parent company, PC Mall, for inter-company billing and reconciliation.
Analyze aging to illustrate trends in AR derived from special pricing.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong computer skills including; OS, internet, email, word processing, spreadsheet.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
