Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
* At least 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Instructional Design or equivalent.

* Online Courseware Development
* Conducted needs analysis to assess learning requirements (determine target audience, identify learning goals, and create course objectives)

Requirements:

* BS or BA degree in instructional technology, educational design, technical writer, computer-based courseware development, multimedia, psychology or related field
* Minimum four years experience in an instructional design role
* Knowledge of instructional design process and adult learning principles
* Ability to manage projects through to completion and meet deadlines for delivery
* Ability to work well within a team environment, sharing work assignments when necessary
* Extensive experience with online lesson development software (Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter, PowerPoint, etc)
* Knowledge of other Adobe Tools (Flash, Dreamworks, Fireworks, Authorware, etc)
