Payroll Manager
(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong City and/or Quezon City)
Responsibilities:

*Develops, implements and oversees the delivery of the organization’s payroll program which includes the following:

o Development and design of salary structure.
o Market data trend analysis and benchmarking
o Implementation of employee salary program (ESP)
o Implementation of performance management programs
o Design and implementation of payroll programs

*Ensures 100% audit compliance on all process, policies and legislative guidelines.
*Drives line adherence to existing company policies and process.
*Conducts Education session on payroll philosophy and company pay plan program
*Provides advice and consultation to line manager on payroll system and recommend to senior management for the enhancement of existing pay program

Requirements:

* Experience Requirements: At least 8 years HR Professional Experience to include 4 years of Payroll analysis and benchmarking study experience required – Payroll Administration Management and Payroll Administration experience
* Must have payroll, compensation, pay plan and salary structure development knowledge.
* Demonstrates thorough knowledge of opayroll and compensation theory, methodology, legislation, market competetiveness, internal pay relativity, statistical tools and processes and proficiency in excel file with proven successful implementation of compensation, rewards and recognition programs.
* Other Qualifications: – Effective communication skills, organizational and interpersonal communication
* Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong and Quezon City – Willing to work on Mid shift hours

Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills
* Highly proficient in computers and internet applications
* Completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course, preferably in an Engineering or Computer-related field
* Experience as technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is a definite advantage
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Familiarity with the Mac OS, or certification on A+, NET or Cisco CCNA is preferred but not required
