WFM Intraday Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide hourly reports on account performance.
* Coordinate with OPS lead, POC on actions to be taken real-time.
* Provide analysis on performance as necessary.
* Check schedules’ coming from the IEX team to ensure it is optimized based on trends, make adjustments as necessary.
* Real-time flagging on aux abuses.
* Maintain HC tracking file for respective account.
* Intraday exception entry on IEX.
* Generate schedule adherence report.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* 2-3 years experience on WFM or Real Time Analyst role
* Advanced skill on Microsoft Excel
* Intermediate knowledge on WFM tools and processes
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Analytical, love working with numbers
* Degree on Engineering, Mathematics is preferred.

WFM Intraday Lead

* Advanced leadership and presentation skills
* Knowledge on telephony, WFM tools (IEX, CMS, CCpulse) and WFM concepts (capacity planning, scheduling and Queue Management
* Advance skill in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint, knowledge on programming is a plus
* Strong analytical skills
* Degree on Engineering, Mathematics is preferred.
