Responsibilities:
As a customer service agent, you’ll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice and solving problems. It can be challenging work, but you’ll be rewarded with bonuses for helping people quickly and professionally, and making them smile. You will answer calls from customers, helping them resolve issues and solve problems while inputting their call information into the computer. You will also learn while on the job. As a customer service agent, you must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.

Requirements:

* Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Good problem solving and decision making skills.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Willing to be assigned in at least one of our sites: Makati, Libis, Alabang or Shaw.

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

eTelecare Call Center – Multilingual Sales Reps

Multilingual Sales Representative (for active Pooling)
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Candidate must be able to speak any of the following Languages; Arabic, Bahasa, Cantonese, Dutch, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, or Thai

* Main responsibility is to interface with our client’s customers to provide customer service and making sales. Interaction with customer may be via a number of different mechanisms, including: phone, e-mail and web chat.
* Multilingual Sales Representatives will work in a professional environment, using PCs and the telephone to communicate with customers. They are required to be extremely flexible in their work hours, including working during U.S. daytime hours (night in the Philippines).
* All Multilingual Sales Representatives will be working on a graveyard shift schedule. This entails working eight (8) hours a day (excluding lunch break), 5 days a week, including Holidays. Rest days may or may not fall on Saturdays and Sundays and/or Holidays.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Offices, Internet connections.
* With Sales Experience is an advantage but not required.
* Required language(s): Proficient in the specified Language, and conversational in the English language
* Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Willing to work on graveyard shifts
