Responsibilities:
Shall attend to inquiries of customers regarding products and services.
Perform exceptional customer service and provide customer satisfaction at all times by receiving and responding to telephone inquiries, complaints, and other concerns.
Shall handle customer concerns and complaints within the standard service quality set by the company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least completed 2 years in college in any field.
Very good English communication skills
Proficient in Windows, with superb computer navigational skills.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Willing to be assigned in Otis, Paco, Manila
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
