Responsibilities:
•Prepare fit assessment workshop materials
•Analyze requirements and document design documents
•Identify and define business process requirements
•Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing
•Resolve design issues identified during testing
•Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the design and build work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
* Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in managing/supervising technical resource staff; developers/programmers; IT specialist, SME’s and business process analyst
* Ability to analyze and design business processes
* Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Deep expertise in all aspects of financial processes
* Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
* Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
* Should be knowlegeable or proficient in the following; MS Project; SharePoint; MS Office; Windows XP, SAP; ERP
* Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Should be detail oriented; strong sense of urgency; can multi task; systematic and resourceful.
* Must be a team player; flexible and very confident.
* Should be willing to travel and open to work on night shift and holidays.

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer any schedule allocation necessary in eWorkforce Management, and generate staffing lines as needed prior to production dates. Review with the Business Planning Manager or Site OSC as applicable for multi-site clients.
* Assist, or provide guidance for monitoring real time load balancing and staffing performance on multi-site projects; and facilitate post mortem calls with the site OSC teams, to document performance opportunities.

* Provide data analytics on the following points:
* o Intra-day volume and AHT patterns.
* o Daily volume trends.
* o Intra-Day/Daily/MTD forecast variance
* Revise IDP management processes to ensure effective results to contractual metrics (Profitability, Service Level, AHT). Reforecast daily volume based on present arrival patterns and generate OT/ATO as required.
* Drive In-Chair occupancy on an intra-day basis, and work to ensure Phone occupancy goals through intra-day management of ATO/MTP
Requirements:
