GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES – Global Compensation Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Consults with Human Capital business partners to facilitate management and employee understanding of TeleTech’s optimum reward systems. Educates, mentors, and trains all Human Capital staff on optimum rewards process, practices, and programs.
* Assists in the gathering and analysis of special projects.
* Leads optimum reward process including annual performance increases and incentive payouts.
* Collects, assesses, and evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of TeleTech’s base salary structures, incentive programs and other pay practices.
* Assists in the evaluation of global salary surveys to ensure that we gather competitive data from the best source within each country TeleTech operates.
* Participates in domestic third-party compensation surveys.
* Ensures appropriate job matches of TeleTech jobs to survey positions.
* Facilitates the preparation of simplified job profiles and career ladder descriptions.
* Creates competitive salary ranges for jobs within TeleTech’s Career Track Salary Structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

* BA/BS in Human Resources, comparable degree, or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of market pricing practices and exposure to variable and performance management practices.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Good project management skills.
* Expert with PC applications including Access, Excel, and Word.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Position: Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the team captain in managing the team and meeting service level and productivity targets. You will be conducting coaching to assigned sub-teams. You will also be expected to perform back office transaction to ensure that he understands and is up to date on how the work is performed. You will be monitoring and achieve quality assurance targets agreed by command center and delivery center.

Requirements:

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 6-12 months work experience
• Should have any of the following experiences; reporting functions, any back office operations (direct interaction with clients is not necessary, but performs work that has metrics reporting – quality of output, etc.)
