Technical Support Representative
(National Capital Reg, Southern Tagalog)

Responsibilities:

* • Document all customer calls in call tracking system.
* • Parts sales and order processing.
* • Use knowledgebase tools to search for customer solutions.
* • Utilize all product documentation to provide customers answers to questions and problem resolution.
* • Repair/Work Order processing.
* • Escalate calls to designated Escalation Team as per escalation procedures.

Requirements:

* • At least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred.
* • Preferably with Minimum of 6 months call center experience
* • Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
* • A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
* • Good Communication Skills
