Technical Trainer

Responsibilities:
* Designs and delivers Product and customer skills training
Requirements:
* College degree (Bachelor or higher)
* Customer Service and/or Technical Support call center experience
* Experience providing support and assistance for users of software applications or experience working closely with others who had this responsibility
* Advance Knowledge of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
* Experience or demonstrated ability to train technically oriented people
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluent in English with neutral accent. Excellent comprehension.
* Ability to learn and act quickly
* Self-motivated
* Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines
* Thrives in a fast paced environment
* Experience developing technically oriented, application or process-based training content and curriculum
* Experience measuring the effectiveness of training curriculums
* Familiarity working with international clients
