Training and Quality Supervisor
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas)
Responsibilities:
* To manage and develop training programs for the account, making sure that training commitments are fulfilled – for and from the client. Plans, coordinates, and directs training and staff development programs for organization. Will assist the Operations Director and Account Managers in performing business performance functions in process analysis and improvement measures to meet key performance indicators.
Requirements:
* University Degree or the equivalent
* Minimum of three years with demonstrated success in delivering adult training to businesses.
* Minimum of 1 year people management experience
* Experience in working with people on different levels
* Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
* Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing software
