Bahasa-Indonesian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide first line consumer service support through telephone, email and mail.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

* Excellent communication skills in Bahasa – Indonesia (written and oral)

* Good communication skills in English (written and oral)

* High attention to detail, with strong commitment and thoroughness to complete a task.

* Able to handle stress under pressure.

* Planning and Organizing Skills.
