Universal Technical Support Representative(Tier 2.5 Batch 6)
(National Capital Reg – TAGUIG CITY)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer technical support queries via voice, chat and email
2. Handle general customer queries
3. Invoice questions and customer complaints
4. Project a professional company image in all customer interactions
5. Provide customers with product and service information
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Education/Teaching/Training, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Also open for UNDERGRADUATES provided that they are done with their entire 2nd yr. in college (NO BACK SUBJECTS)
* Good experience in HARDWARE ( PC ASSEMBLING, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION & UPGRADING of System modules & peripherals)
* Good Knowledge of latest Motherboard, Processor & RAM
* Working knowledge on OPERATING SYSTEM (knowledge on External & Internal commands of DOS, Installation, Configuration & upgrading of Windows 9x, ME, 2000 & XP, knowledge on basic Tools & Utilities in Win Vista)
* Good exposure to System Security (knowledge on Virus, Trojan, WORM, Rootkit, Spyware, Adware, Bots. Functions & properties of Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, Anti-spam, Real Time Scan, On demand scan & firewall)
* Required language(s): Average to Above Average Verbal communication in English
* Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG CITY
* Willing to start on December 7, 2009
