Business Analyst
(Southern Tagalog)

Responsibilities:

* Will report to the VAR (Value Added Reseller) Business Analytics Manager and will provide analytical support for the organization.
* Provide analytical support for strategic projects, business decisions and expansions
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business management reports.
* Update VARBU (Value Added Reseller Business Unit) for operating metrics and executive reviews.
* Develop new metrics to track and support every functional area within VARBU.
* Work with cross functional business group in providing comprehensive metrics including adhoc request for reports and metrics.
* Data analysis
* Develop Graphs for purposes of trending and analysis.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management/Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Highly skilled in using advance Excel and Powerpoint
* Willing to work on night shift
* Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna.
* Exposure to shared services organization is a plus.
* Ideal candidate must have at least two years related experience.
* Highly organized and attentive to details.
* Excellent in both oral and written communication skills and can deal with executives and business leaders.
* Good presentation skills. Knowledge in PHP, XML, AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Web Services, Apache
* Additional desirable skills: SOAPREST, Sphinx, Webscraping/Automation
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Must be an expert in database development including MySQL, SQL Server among others
* Strong experience on systems analysis and design
