Responsibilities:
As a level 2 customer service support professional, you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team helping our customers with questions and concerns relating to various products and services in the consumer electronics, telecommunications, computer, and media and entertainment industries. You’ll take mainly inbound calls and may also be required to connect with our customers using e-mail and chat. When dealing with each customer’s unique situation, our customer service support professionals are always polite and helpful and most importantly they show a genuine interest in serving our customers. Morning shift – schedules are fixed at either 3AM-12PM or 4AM-1PM
Earn up to P20,000 per month!
Get extensive training for tech support & customer support skill set.
Requirements:
Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or prossess a vocational / short course certificate
Call center experience is an advantage; but not a requirement.
With excellent command in English language, both oral and written
Full-Time positions available
