Assistant Manager for Workforce
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives client forecast and assess viability of meeting forecast requirements
Maintains historical pattern information for workload and resources
Creates intraday forecasts and scheduling
Conducts cost benefit analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 2 year(s) of workforce experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least 2 years experience as Workforce Supervisor
* Knowledge and ability to calculate statistics
* Advance knowlege with Excel, eWEM and ACD Software
