Recruitment Associate for Cebu
(Mandaue City)

Responsibilities:
Those hired for this position will be:
1. Reviewing resumes and applicants for endorsement to phone screening
2. Contacting candidates who will pass the resume review for a brief phone interview
3. Conducting face to face interviews for possible employment with client Call Centers
4. Offered huge incentives for meeting targets

Requirements:
Candidate must be:
1. A college graduate with a degree in Psychology or Human Resources
2. Preferably with 6 months experience in Recruitment / interviewing
3. Must have above average English Communication Skills
4. Must have the drive and motivation to succeed in the recruitment field
5. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekends
6. An OJT or Employment experience in the recruitment field is an advantage
