Phone Research Analyst

* Determines if the records/contacts received are active and existing
* Adds new records and updates the information through another system. All changes will be published online
* Prepares report as may be required of the position
* Conducts calls to clients and various information sources for research and validation on gathered information
* Ensures quality information collection/validation through phone conversation
* Provides quality customer service in every call conducted, applying phone ethics principles and standards.
* Updates tracking tool to reflect actual work, progress, status
* Performs minor proofreading of published data

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate of any four (4)-year course
* With excellent communication skills
* With excellent phone research skills
* Familiar with MS Office applications and Internet
* Willing to work in fixed graveyard shift
* Willing to accept project-based employment
* Willing to work in Parañaque
