Requirements:

* Level 1 Call Center Outbound Agents
* At least 1 solid year of work experience as call center outbound agent
* Minimum of 1 year in a high volume call center with a strong emphasis on outbound sales calls
* Excellent command of the English language
* Great phone etiquette and demeanor.
* Highly motivated with the ability to manage his/her time
* Customer service oriented with a knack for building quick rapport
* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
* Willing to work in Ortigas

* Level 2 Call Center Outbound Agents
* At least 2 solid years of work experience as call center outbound agent
* Minimum of 2 years in a high volume call center with a strong emphasis on outbound sales calls
