* Manage Leadership Development programs for the Site
* Coordinate with Operations and Support groups as a consultant for development interventions

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
