CRM Systems Engineer

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* Experience with CRMs (Salesforce.com and Rightnow Preferred)
* Experience with J2EE, JSP, Javascript, Services, HTML, Stylesheets, Web Development
* Experience with Database, Database Design, Stored Procedures and Triggers (Oracle Preferred)
* Experience with IVRs and ACDs preferred
* Familiar with Software Development Life Cylces, Code Release and Build
