Customer Service Reps – French Speaking

Requirements

-With a minimum of  2-year IT education (undergraduate or IT vocational course may be considered)

-Has a minimum of 6-month experience for technical (IT) account or 1 year experience for customer service account

-Native French speaker and proficient in English as well
-With very good customer service skills
-Willing to go on a shifting schedule
-Ready to start IMMEDIATELY
