Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibility:

* Provides excellent telephone enquiry service, deals with queries and complains from customers;
* Handle email request for the customer;
* Fulfills various work targets set by the company;
* Conducts basic English skills training to Chinese colleagues.

Requirement:

* Filipino with decent English accent;
* Bachelor degree or above in education;
* With at least 1 year working experience in customer service center, previous experience in handling US or European customers preferable;
* Good adaptability to new environment and works well under pressure;
* Familiar with operating office computer applications;
* With training or coaching experience an advantage.
