Telecollector – Debt Collection
(Jalan Raja Chulan)

Responsibilities:

*

- To attend inbound and make outbound calls and remind the cardholders of their credit card or loan payments
*

- To liaise and negotiate with cardholders on their payment issues
*

- To follow-up and monitor on cardholders’ payment
*

- To achieve individual and group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Diploma / Degree in any discipline
* Candidate with relevant working experience in call center would be and added advantage
* Good command of English and communication skills is a MUST
* Excellent communicator with good telephone etiquette
* Candidate must be computer literates
* Possess good attitude with willingness to learn, aggressive, motivated and goal-oriented
* Able to start work immediately
* Candidate must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Incentive scheme applies
* Salary Range from RM1,000-RM1,200 + Monthly Incentive
* Required languages (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
