Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Officers

Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately
* Resolve customer complaints
* Inform customers about company products and services
* Assist in writing marketing and translating script, FAQs, announcement and notices

Requirements:

* Degree in any major
* Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and Cantonese
* Computer proficient
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Flexible in shift schedule
* Preferably with at least 6 months customer service experience
