Assistant Operations Manager

Requirements:

* Must possess atleast a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* Must have atleast 2 years managerial experience in a call center specializing in customer service
* Must have extensive exposure in coaching, performance management, call center metrics and quality measurement tools
* Must have strong leadership skills, initiative, detailed oriented and results driven
* Must have excellent communication skills
