Senior SEO Analyst

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior-level SEO Specialist to head the overall SEO strategy and implementation for one of our largest clients. Our client creates websites on a mass scale and these websites need to be search engine optimized. The SEO specialist needs to set guidelines for the way the sites are designed and coded as well as how the content is structured and written.
Beyond that, the Senior SEO specialist will be responsible for the SEO reports that will need to be generated regularly for all of our client’s websites. The Senior SEO Specialist will form his or her own team and work together with the different operations managers responsible for each step of the website development process. At a later stage, the Senior SEO Specialist will develop various link building packages that can be applied to the websites.

• Overall SEO strategy development and implementation including all the various optimization and link building techniques
• Creation and maintenance of an SEO knowledge base that will be used by our client’s operations teams worldwide
• Creation of SEO reports for each website including action plans for websites that need further optimization
• SEO training and support for the various web development teams

Requirements:
Education/Experience
• College degree
• 5+ years experience in SEO
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory position

Knowledge/Technical Skills
• Expert knowledge of on-site optimization
• Expert knowledge of off-site optimization and link building strategies
• Experience with the various SEO tools and suites
• Basic knowledge of web design and web development is a strong plus
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience is a strong plus

Abilities
• Must be highly analytical and capable of creating high-quality reports
• Must have very strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English
