Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities:
• Handles inbound calls
• Validates US and Canadian phone numbers
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests
• Resolves customer issues
• Accepts assignments from Leads or Supervisors
Requirements:
• Must have strong in-bound and out-bound call center experience for a telecommunications company
• Has a strong interpersonal communication skill
• Proficient in keyboard usage and utilization of automated systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
