Serena Business Mash Ups Professional

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer directed production support for a US-based business partner on the following functions:

1. Perform TeamTrack setup, admin & TeamScripting, SCM administration, etc.
2. Assist in re-designing, testing and piloting changes to the application
3. Assist in project management by providing status updates of defined tasks
4. Develop business requirements in Serena Business Applications
5. Track/Evaluate available patches and releases from Serena
6. Schedule/Execute production upgrades and patch application

Requirements:

* Experience with Serena Team Track/Business Mash-ups
* Experience with workflow design, development with multiple paths
* Experience in creating reports through Serena Team Track/Business Mash-ups
* Experience in providing on-going TeamTrack workflow operational production support in the form of problem solving as technical issues arise with the application.
* Certification to Serena Business Mash-up is a plus
* Must hold a BA/BS College Degree
