Helpdesk Officer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
• Supporting customers on a day to day basis through our online help desk
• Managing ongoing support requests and open support cases
• Assisting with research and identification of new hardware products where required
• Carrying out remote software preventative maintenance procedures on occasion
• Maintaining and updating knowledge base/procedure documents

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work professionally and tackle tasks in a positive manner
• Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to think laterally
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A Strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Experience in desktop support
• VoIP knowledge would be a plus but is not required
